Ganja Yoga promotes wellness, embodiment and relaxation. We consider mindfulness, yoga and plant medicines as essential components of an integrated, healthy lifestyle. We foster community connection as part of the medicine of the practice, creating safe spaces to explore, discover, normalize and reduce stigma around the use of plant medicine.
We offer a blend of mindfulness, yoga, cannabis, relaxing vibes, grounded spirituality and a touch of latino spice in a community setting. No prior yoga or cannabis experience is required to enjoy Ganja Yoga. Smoking is optional. Enhance at your choice or not at all. Beginner friendly. This is a 21+ BYOW (Bring your own Weed) class.
